Organization Capacity Assessment (OCA) and Technical Assistance for Farmer Organizations
PCP Uganda Limited invites suitably qualified individuals and consultancy firms to submit proposals to undertake an Organization Capacity Assessment and provide technical assistance to 60 retail partners receiving wholesale financing under the Smallholder Credit Fund.
The assignment seeks to strengthen the capacity of SACCOs, cooperatives, Agri-Fintechs and Agri-MSMEs to understand, institutionalize, implement, monitor and continuously improve Client Protection Principles in their governance, policies, systems and day-to-day operations.
The assignment will cover five key stages: organizational capacity assessment, capacity-building design, training delivery, policy development and integration, and final activity reporting.
Assignment period: November 2026 to February 2027.
Submission deadline: 22 October 2026.
