Organization Capacity Assessment (OCA) and Technical Assistance for Farmer Organizations
PCP Uganda Limited invites suitably qualified individuals and consultancy firms to submit proposals to undertake an Organization Capacity Assessment and provide technical assistance to Farmer Organizations receiving wholesale financing under the Smallholder Credit Fund.
The assignment seeks to strengthen the institutionalization of Client Protection Principles among SACCOs, microfinance institutions, cooperatives, Agri-Fintechs and Agri-SMEs.
The selected consultant will assess existing client protection practices, identify gaps, develop practical tools and policies, deliver capacity-building sessions, and provide technical assistance to participating institutions. Terms of reference- TOR
