Pearl Capital Partners (PCP Uganda Ltd) is inviting an experienced consultant or consultancy firm to conduct a Mid-Term Review of the Dairy-Horticulture Credit Facility (DHCL) a project aimed at improving financial inclusion and supporting smallholder dairy and horticulture farmers in Uganda.
The evaluation is expected to be completed within 60 working days from the start date, with final deliverables due by 28th March, 2025.
