Investment Intern
Naomi Kambua Musyoka is an Investment Analyst Intern with Pearl Capital Partners with an interest in supporting the firm through matters related to investment analysis, fund modelling, and impact investing financing approaches since January 2025. Her commentary helps in the organization of investments that produce not merely returns of money but also feed the results of sustainable development in any emerging markets.
She earlier worked as Strategy Analyst Intern and as Underwriting and Claims Intern in Kenya Commercial Bank. These functions helped her develop a good foundation in risk assessment, financial services, and institutional strategy.
Naomi has a BSc Financial Engineering from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). Her great interest is in aligning investment practices towards gender-inclusive sustainability objectives with increased access to capital to communities currently underserved, specifically women, and girls.
Naomi is dedicated to equity and long-term contribution and hopes that African investment will become her voice and guide capital to work on solutions that can empower people and make the structure of these voiceless populations stronger in vulnerable sectors.
