Francisca Maiyo

Investment Manager

Francisca joined PCP as an Investment Manager in November 2023. Her responsibilities include generating new investments in SMEs across the region, relationship management, and overall management of the existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining PCP, Francisca served as an Investment Associate with Injaro Investments Limited where she was in charge of leading Agri SME investments in the East and Southern Africa region. She also worked as an Investment Officer with Business Partners International Ltd, a sector-agnostic financier providing financial solutions to SME businesses in the East and Southern Africa Markets.

Before joining the Private Equity space, Francisca worked in the banking sector, serving in various capacities including credit officer, approvals officer, portfolio manager, and relationship manager.

Francisca holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Nairobi, she is a Certified Public Accountant, CPA-K, and is currently pursuing her MBA in Strategic Management from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, JKUAT.
