Mary is currently the Finance Director at PCP where she plays a significant role in the company’s capital raising initiatives to support growth and investment objectives.
Mary also supports the company with portfolio management as well as serving on boards of various investee companies as an Investment Director. She has an MBA and ACCA with over 10 years of accounting experience.
Lubega Solomon Blair joined PCP in January 2023 as an accounts intern. His core responsibility is to support the PCP Finance team in managing a sustainable and efficient accounting function for PCP group and its mandate (funds) under management.
He holds a bachelors degree in business administration with an accounting major and is currently pursuing his ACCA qualification.
Barbra joined PCP Uganda as an accountant in March 2024 and is principally responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements and management accounts, fund reporting, internal controls, audit liaison and regulatory compliance aspects of the company.
She is a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda (CPA) and has also been in the accounting and finance field for over 8 years .
Arinda Owoyesiga joined Pearl Capital Partners in February 2024 and plays a key role in supporting the PCP’s operations. As Administrative Assistant, she manages office systems, coordinates executive schedules and maintains a professional and well-organized environment.
Isabirye joined PCP in May, 2025 as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL). He is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEL) professional with over seven years of experience designing and implementing MEL systems across diverse sectors.
